🛍️ 30-Day Refund & Replacement Window

We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the request meets the conditions below.


📦 Order Not Received

Because we ship products from our international suppliers, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks.

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:

  • Your order does not arrive within 45 days from the purchase date.

  • Tracking shows no movement for an extended period.

  • The package is confirmed lost by the carrier.


📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

  3. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

We do not require returns for damaged items unless specifically requested.


🔁 Wrong Item Received

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we’ll:

  • Send the correct item free of charge, OR

  • Issue a full refund if the item is no longer needed.

Photos may be required for verification.


❌ Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are made-to-order or shipped directly from suppliers, change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.

Please ensure your order details (colour, size, variant, address) are correct before checking out.


📬 Returns (If Requested)

In rare situations where a return is required:

  • We will provide the correct return address (note: not our business address).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).

Items must be unused and in their original condition.


⏳ When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
