Returns & Refund Policy

At Grab3, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s a physical masterpiece or a digital download. Please review our guidelines below.


30-Day Refund & Replacement Window

We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the request meets the conditions below.

Digital Products (Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final once the file has been downloaded or emailed.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for digital products are only issued if the file is technically corrupt or if the download link fails to function after troubleshooting.

  • How to Access: Digital links are delivered to the email address provided at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed.

  • Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact us at admin@Grab3.com.

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day window for refunds or replacements on physical items from the date of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.


Shipping Times (Physical)

Estimated delivery times are for your purchases are,

  • Standard Shipping: 8–16 business days

  • Express Shipping: 7–12 business days

Delays caused by customs, couriers, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The canvas arrives damaged

  • The print is defective or has a clear manufacturing fault

  • You received the wrong item

What to do:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Email admin@Grab3.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

    • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation


Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days from dispatch, please contact us at admin@Grab3.com.

  • We will investigate with our shipping partners

  • If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund


Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not possible

  • Digital Goods: Cancellations are not possible once the digital file has been delivered/downloaded.

To request a cancellation, email admin@Grab3.com immediately after placing your order.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
