Physical Products
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery timeframes for physical products are:
Standard Shipping: 8–19 business days
Express Shipping: 7–12 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand. These factors are outside our control and may impact delivery times.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery if:
• The item arrives damaged during shipping
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was sent
What to Do
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email admin@grab3.com and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may provide:
• A replacement product, or
• A refund to your original payment method
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days after dispatch, please contact us at admin@grab3.com.
We will investigate with our shipping partners. If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer either:
• A replacement item, or
• A refund
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
Orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information may not be eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once order processing or production has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please email admin@grab3.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
